A reservationless conference call is created once, and is available forever and can be used as many times as needed. It has its own dedicated administrator and participant PIN codes.
This is the simplest conference call solution. The administrator will decide when to host the conference call, and typically share himself the date, time, phone dial-in numbers and PIN codes with his participants, by email or SMS.
A scheduled conference call is create for each singular conference call with a specific date, time and optionally, a list of participants. A PIN access code is issued for each participant, each time a new conference is scheduled. myGlobalConference will send email and SMS notifications to your participants containing all conference details and access methods.
This type of conference is usefull when you want have email and/or SMS notifications sent out automatically to your participants. It's also rather used for non recurrent conference calls.
