All conferences features

- Audio recording (optional). mp3 format. If you select this option, an audio recording of your conference call will be available for download on your account pages.

- Detailed history. You can review details of each conference you have done, including timing of people joining, phone numbers and cost of conference.

- Announcement of participants (optional). Participants will be asked to record their name before entering the conference. Their name will then be announced when they enter the conference call.

- Maximum number of participants is 100, by default. Higher capacities are available on demand. Contact us.


Scheduled conference features

- Email notification to participants of scheduled conferences (optional). If you provide emails of the participants, they will be notified by an automatic email of the conference schedule and details. You can also edit the notification email, as well as the source address of the email.

- Calendar integration in email notifications of scheduled conferences. Email notifications include an iCalendar file attachment. This provides integration with Gmail, Outlook or any compatible calendar software.

- SMS notification to participants of scheduled conferences (optional). If you provide emails of the participants, they will be notified by an automatic email of the conference schedule and details. You can also edit the notification email, as well as the source address of the email.
